They are finally ready to harvest once they turn red. NuMex Twilight hot pepper seeds are specifically bred for arid climates. Scoville Heat Units: 30,000-50,000 SHU (mild hot pepper)

Planting Instructions
Germination: 7-21 days at 60-85F. Plant 1/4" deep, 18" apart, with 24-30" between rows. It's best to start these indoors 8 - 10 weeks prior to transplanting outside to ensure maximum viability and enough time for them to mature in cooler climates.
